We hire long term – from a minimum of one month to nine months* in monthly increments – on a fully insured and licensed basis which ensures you have peace of mind that the boat you rent is fully compliant with all navigation authority, and industry safety guidelines.
Before you book elsewhere please carefully check what is included in your hire, and especially that the boat you are hiring has a commercial/business boat licence and a Hirecraft Boat Safety Certificate – failure to do so could mean that you are not insured!!
The actual price per month varies on the season and the length of your hire. Longer hire periods are discounted. Your quotation is tailored to your specific dates and hire length, see below for example prices.
- One month: starting between December & February £1000 rising to £2700 in August
- Two months: starting between November and January £950pcm rising to a peak of £2500pcm in June/July/August

A deposit of £1500 will be required to secure any booking made – and the payment for the whole hire will be due, in full, two months before the hire commences. At the point at which the hire fee is paid the booking deposit becomes a refundable security deposit, which is returned within 48hrs of the end of your hire subject to deductions made for any damage or losses which may have been sustained.
All payments can only be accepted by international money/ bank transfer or BACS in £ sterling.
*Please note that each hire period starts on the 1st of the month. Each hire period finishes on the 28th of the last month. This allows us the time to prepare the boat for the next hirer and make any repairs necessary.
