The Marquess

The Marquess is a really sweet 56ft cruiser stern canal narrowboat with loads of interior headroom and a ‘standard’ layout i.e. living area towards the bow. She has a traditional veneered wood interior and Karndean flooring.

From the stern, the master bedroom has above bed cupboards at either end, seperate wardrobe and under-bed storage.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and cassette toilet

The stylish galley has a standard cooker, tall fridge/freezer, and washing machine.

There are two comfortable reclining armchairs/ footstools, and a proper dining table for up to four diners. A single or double Z bed for occasional overnight visits by friends/family can be provided.

The Marquess has an open cockpit and the stern deck has a fitted seat all around for social cruising….

Powered by a dependable Beta diesel engine and with large rudder, The Marquess is a really easy-to-handle boat for novices and experienced boaters alike.
