Come Aboard

You’ll have sole occupancy of, and responsibility, for your boat. We provide a full inventory of crockery, cutlery, glasses & cookware, maps and guides as well as buoyancy aids, navigation equipment, etc.

All our boats have full central heating (all except The Princess have real fires too), washing machine, microwave and toaster from a full 240V system. They have solar panels and LED lighting to ensure that your environmental footprint is minimised with hardly any engine running required in summer months when you’re not cruising.

Peace of Mind…

Our boats are fully licensed and insured with a current commercial boat safety certificate. Full breakdown back up is available. We’re also on emergency call 24hrs a day 7 days a week. We provide comprehensive cruising tuition including on-board practical boating training for the first few hours. So you’ll be able to cast off, venture forth and discover our wonderful waterways with complete peace of mind!

Great Location

Our boats are based at Heyford Wharf on the South Oxford Canal. We’re ideally placed for cruising both the Southern and Midlands waterways– or even further if you hire for three or more months. We are located on the Thames Ring, which allows you to combine cruisng narrow and wide Canals together with the River Thames for much of its length as far as West London - this ring means that you do not have to retrace your steps and can enjoy a busy single month, or a more leisurely two month, tour of southern Englnad including visits to Oxford, Henley, Windsor, Hampton Court, central London, the Chilterns and the Cotswolds.
